Good infra but need improvement aesthetically and layout of hotel best and some improvement required in Breakfast menu and to add north indian also mainly in complimentary Breakfast. Staff friendly nature and problem resolve timely

Loved the Room service, the hospitality they towards you. Inspite of sudden plans u can always find place to dwell in.Was a Great stay apart from the late check-in charge that I had to pay for checking in around almost after midnight as we had planned for a movie.

We stayed for few hours before catching late night flight because rickshaw driver recommended it. We were walk in and hence negotiated a price. When I paid, they asked for extra money as deposit. I asked for the receipt but the manager didn't give it right away. He said he will send it through one servant later. While checking out he asked me to pay additional 5% as some kind of tax which absolutely unfair. It was not a standard tax like service tax and It was clear that the money was going in his pocket and not the government or municipal authorities. I didn't have time to argue so I paid it. If at all there was any tax applicable, manager should have informed and charged me when I paid in the morning while checking in. Why hide it? We ordered room service. The food was pathetic and tasteless. Bathroom was dirty as hell. They had outdated water heater in the bathroom but it wasn't working. They had stored limited hot water in those tanks for one person max. Avoid at all cost.

I stay there for 2 nights, while on my recent business trip to Hyderabad, Telengana. My rating are as below : Location : 5/5, Room : 3/5, Food : 4/5, Hygein : 3/5. I strongly advise to hotel that they should improve little on the room cleaniness. Otherwise it's good for short business trip.
